The session inspired entrepreneurs, CEOs, startup founders, and business leaders to redefine success through self-awareness, confidence, and purposeful leadership.<\/p>\n

The program was chaired by Shri Ram Lall Khetan, President, Bihar Industries Association, while Shri Amarnath Jaiswal, Secretary General, BIA, welcomed the keynote speaker and highlighted the importance of such knowledge-sharing platforms in strengthening Bihar’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Born in Patna, Bihar, Shipra Singh is the Founder & Director of Skature.com, a future-readiness company dedicated to developing Skills, Knowledge, and Ability (SKA) among students, professionals, entrepreneurs, institutions, and corporate leaders.
