Company\u2019s subsidiary\u00a0Souraj Energy Private Limited (Souraj) is\u00a0also\u00a0involved into manufacturing of solar photo-voltaic (\u201cPV\u201d) modules with installed capacity of 192.72 MW.\u00a0Solar PV modules are manufactured using polycrystalline,\u00a0monocrystalline\u00a0& Topcon Solar\u00a0cell technology.\u00a0The company is poised for its initial public offering (IPO), with plans to raise INR 125.23\u00a0crores through the issuance of\u00a065.91 lakh new shares.<\/p>\n

For its SME Initial Public Offering (IPO), Ganesh Green Bharat Limited has established a price band of Rs 181 to Rs 190 per share. The company\u2019s shares will open for subscription on Friday, July 5, 2024 and closes on Tuesday, July\u00a09, 2024. These will be listed on the NSE SME, with a projected listing date of Friday, July 12, 2024\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hem Securities Limited is the book running lead manager of the Ganesh Green Bharat IPO, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue. The issue proceeds will be utilized in the repayment in full or in part, of certain of the outstanding borrowings, funding capital expenditure towards installation of additional plant and machinery at the factory, funding to meet working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, the shares for the Ganesh Green Bharat IPO are anticipated to be allotted, and on Thursday, July 11, 2024, the shares will be credited to the demat account of the allottees. The IPO comprises 50% of the net issue for QIB, 35% for retail investors and 15% of the net issue for the NII segment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
